​Luke has more than a decade of experience in the remodel and resale business in real estate. He spent 8 years opening and growing real estate offices across the United States as the director of the largest private real estate investment company in the country. During that time, he led the purchase, remodel, and sale of over 2,000 homes. As a licensed General Contractor and Real Estate Broker, Luke has unique insight into identifying the key components of a home to remodel or repair in order to maximize return on investment and increase sales value.
