The RemodelB4Sale team corrected the foundation issue caused by years of poor drainage and water sitting alongside the home. We re-graded the entire yard to provide positive drainage away from the home, added a concrete patio to provide a seating area outside and create an additional barrier directing water away from the home, and completely re-landscaped to create an enjoyable backyard!
