Heriberto and Blanca sold their duet for $15,000 more with RemodelB4Sale

Heriberto and Blanca thought that their 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom duet would have plenty of space for their young family when they bought it. Fast forward 14 years, and their growing family had out grown the space. They needed more bedrooms, a larger floorplan, and a real backyard.

Blanca kept their kitchen in good shape, but it was dated and in need of a refresh

Painting the oak cabinets white, adding stainless steel pulls, and replacing laminate counters with granite made a huge difference!
