12697 Graton Road, Sebastopol

Country living at its finest! Minutes from town, excellent local schools, with views of a tranquil winery next door.

12697 Graton Road in Sebastopol is a custom designed home specifically envisioned for Airbnb guests. We took a dilapidated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom home that had not been upgraded in over 70 years and turned it into a stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home featuring dual master suites and spacious common living space, perfect for romantic getaways or couples touring wine country together.

Set among towering 150' redwood trees, bounded by creeks on two sides, and surrounded by 4 acres of privacy and seclusion, this cottage is something special.

This renovation was accomplished in 5 months and included removal of fifteen 40-yard dumpsters of trash and overgrowth. In addition to the complete home renovation and expansion, we rebuilt a bridge, constructed a sound wall for added privacy, demolished outbuildings that were structurally unsalvageable, and added a spa and relaxation zone.

The finished product is ready to welcome guests as our first Airbnb property, and we plan to spend every minute we can here when other guests are not occupying it!
This complicated and funky floorplan in Sebastopol on 1/3 acre had so much potential. An extensive renovation, custom touches, and extensive landscaping made this property into something special.
Thank you! You did an amazing job!
- grateful neighbors on both sides

This custom home in Isleton had great bones and 50 years of memories stored up inside of it. When the Owners decided to sell to move closer to the children who grew up here, it was time for a major face-lift.

The first floor had wood paneling in most rooms, the solid wood cabinets were showing their age, the shag carpets where decades out of date, and the linoleum floors were in surprisingly good shape but did not match today's "in" look.

We started with a major clean-out, removing everything the Seller's did not want to take with them. See full scope of work at the bottom of the page.
